Requirements
- B.E/Diploma (Mechanical / Mechatronics / E&E / E&C)
- Total Experience - 7-10 years of experience in the technical domain of Vertical form fill seal \ Secondary Packaging Machines
- Techno Commercial Skills
- Auto Cad
- Subject knowledge of VFFS machine
Responsibilities
- PREORDER: URS/RFI/RFP Scanning, Project Categorization, QGO, 3rd party equipment supplier interaction, Risk assessment, Layout Preparation
- Integration of Primary packaging with secondary & tertiary to offer seamless solution
- Interact with COC and Tech sales counter of various entities, depending upon project requirements
- Carrying out optimized detailed technical scope, cost-based to preparea budget, and detailed offers in accordance with sales process instructions and KPI
- Development of solution concepts and effective presentations
- Preparing costing sheet\Pricing, Technical scope, layout, sales manual & technical presentations
- Coordinating with Technical sales and sales personnel for technical support and order processing
- Assess the overall technical risk within the project and find a suitable solution witha mitigation plan
- Arrive at aneffective Cost price\PPC price for the scope of the project
- Coordination with internal departments and other Syntegon sites
- Coordinate for new products trials along with the application department
- Handle RFQ, Conduct QG's & Release of order information for production.
- POST ORDER process - Conduct QG0 & Prepare the order acceptance
