Your role: The Deputy Director for Transfer and Credit Mobility leads efforts through the Texas Transfer Alliance to align pathways through degree completion. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams within colleges and universities to develop and support target pathways aligned with Texas Direct Fields of Study. The deputy will collaborate with technical assistance providers and higher education leaders across Texas on various projects to improve student transfer and degree program applicability. The deputy facilitates and successfully manages partnerships between universities, community colleges, and school districts. They will support the development and implementation of support systems for transfer students. The position will be based in Dallas, and the successful candidate must reside locally or be willing to relocate. Candidates must be willing to travel overnight (both in/out of state) up to 25% of the time.
