The Green Mountain Care Board (GMCB), Vermont's independent health care regulatory agency, is seeking a Deputy Director of Health Systems Finances to support our mission of reducing health care costs while improving access and quality of care for all. This position will help lead the Health Systems Finance Team in its financial oversight work relating to the financial budgets and inter-period reporting of Vermont's 14 Community Hospitals and the Brattleboro Retreat.

This position is classified a Project Director by the Department of Human Resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or related field AND two (2) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, mathematics, accounting, or related field AND six (6) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting.
• Eight (8) years or more in public administration, tax administration, or managing complex projects in a public setting.
