Reporting to the Senior Director, Individual Giving and serving as a key member of the Development team, this position advances the mission of the Clinton Foundation through the engagement of individual donors. Specifically, this includes managing and coordinating the identification, segmentation, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors making unrestricted annual gifts of $10,000+, including building and managing an expanding portfolio of donors and prospects capable of making major multi-year gifts. The Deputy Director of Development for Individual Giving at the Clinton Foundation is a proactive, confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment that values results. S/he is persistent and driven to succeed in leading efforts to grow a robust pipeline of individual philanthropic support and in setting and exceeding goals. The team works closely with volunteers and colleagues from across the organization to present the Foundation’s case for support through gifts, grants, and sponsorships. Team members collaborate to maximize engagement and giving from individual donors and institutional funders alike.
