Deputy Clerk of Court JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this classification is to supervise and assist in maintaining the daily operations of the Municipal Court. The position provides support and assistance to the Municipal Court and performs duties provided by law, including but not limited to participating in court proceedings by calling cases, receiving, indexing, and recording court case information and/or legal documents, determining probable cause and issuing warrants, and performing general administrative and accounting work.
