Job Summary This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of specified operations and managing both short-term and long-term strategies. Works closely with the senior executive team and Board of Directors to develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's success. Responsible for effectively managing finances, developing budgets, and managing personnel. This role is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and government agencies. Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited medical school
  • Valid unrestricted MD license to practice in Massachusetts
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a senior Healthcare leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in developing and managing budgets and financial reports.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, experience in healthcare management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute on plans and initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective healthcare solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Manage staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and patient flow.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care.
  • Research and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with the medical director to ensure quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the health plan’s performance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare organizations, government agencies, and community partners.
  • Establish goals and relationships for organization revenue growth.
  • Establish protocols for high-quality patient and customer services and holds team accountable to related outcomes.
