This role reports to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) – Office Operations. Position Summary The Deputy Business Director plays a critical role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the Miami office. This individual will work closely with the CAO, Co-Managing Shareholders, and various department managers to ensure efficient office operations, a positive workplace culture, and high standards of client service. The Deputy Business Director will collaborate with firm leadership and cross-functional teams, assisting with office management, staff engagement, and compliance with firm policies. This position requires a proactive and adaptable professional with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. This role will be based in our Miami office on an in-office basis; presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building.
