About The Position

The Depot Service Engineer will be responsible for performing in-house repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on contrast media injectors. This position plays a vital role in supporting the field service team by ensuring all serviced equipment meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will be mechanically and technically inclined, team-oriented, and detail-focused.

Proficiency in mechanical and electronic troubleshooting
Strong technical diagnostic skills
Ability to research and interpret service documentation
Skilled in using tools such as multimeters and pressure gauges
High school diploma or GED required
Must be able to communicate effectively
Frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle tools and equipment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
Requires the use of arms and hands for reaching and performing repairs

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex issues on contrast media injectors
Perform quality control checks and preventive maintenance procedures
Conduct functional testing on parts and systems
Accurately complete service reports in accordance with SOP and ISO guidelines
Adhere to policies related to spare parts management, including ordering, usage, and returns
Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned
