About The Position

Loader/Shipper Responsibilities: Break down and distributing product loads to proper routes and make adjustments where necessary Ensure appropriate products are to each route in a timely and orderly fashion Reports to Market Manager, Sales Supervisor, and/or lead person where applicable Unload product from daily transports Reload transport with empty trays Removes substandard product where necessary Separate loads according to the load sheets Properly rotate stock product evenly to routes Add or cut overages & shortages between routes Keep record of stock product Record all overages and shortages from each bakery Loader/Shipper Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Must have a valid Driver Licenses Must be able to pass a drug screening Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly Previous experience in a warehouse position (Preferred) Ability to handle physical workload Ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment Candidate must be able to work overnight Klosterman provides the candidate's uniform Company Benefits: Medical and Vision Insurance Dental Insurance( After one year) 401k Life Insurance and Long Term Disability (Company Paid!)
