About The Position

Amentum is seeking a System Maintenance and Depot Repair Unit (DRU) Supervisor for the Space Force Range Contract. Typical Duties Provide leadership and technical direction to the Systems Maintenance Specialists and Depot Repair Unit technicians that maintain, repair and report status of Launch Test Range Systems (LTRS) and equipment on the Western Range Provide day-to-day coordination with all Western Range (WR) resources, management, government stakeholders and contractors to ensure continuity of information for SFRC performance and Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements Accomplish all work center objectives: Support and coordinate all Emergency and Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance (EDLM & UDLM) to include all Planned Depot Maintenance. Provide Depot Repair Unit Monthly Activity Report status reporting, data quality monitoring and repair metric data Assist employees with troubleshooting, problem resolution, seek interpretation of company policies as required, hold site safety meetings, and enforce safety regulations Ensure mission equipment is properly repaired in accordance with applicable manuals, technical orders, and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a technically disciplined environment
  • Three (3) years of experience at a supervisory/ leadership level
  • Extensive knowledge of Western Range systems
  • Working knowledge of Western Range Depot Operations
  • Experience working with a Collective Bargaining Agreement and represented personnel preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance.
  • Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
