Requirements
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have proven leadership experience
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, motivated individual
- Willingness to learn field positions and obtain operational experience
- Ability to work in all elements such as rain, cold and heat
- Bachelors degree or comparable work experience
