Requirements

Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must have proven leadership experience
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, motivated individual
Willingness to learn field positions and obtain operational experience
Ability to work in all elements such as rain, cold and heat

Responsibilities

You will be trained in all aspects of ferrous and nonferrous metals, quality control, computer and systems databases, customer service and employee supervision expectations.
You will be expected to take a leadership role and excitedly absorb knowledge that will be given to take you to the next step in your career.
