About The Position

This position supports the F-35 Depot Activations team in requirements development, proposals / Basis of Estimates, and supplier management. Primary duties include: - Define Statement of Work requirements for both Prime contracts and supplier flow downs - Develop comprehensive Basis of Estimates and coordinate with supporting functional teams - Assist the project managers and control account managers in establishing achievable baselines - Identify, report, manage, and mitigate project risks Establish effective tempos for integration with Global Supply Chain and Program Management teams Who You Are: Business Mindset - Eye for optimization of limited resources to achieve mission success. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Program Management, Contracts, Finance, or Control Account Management familiarity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basis of Estimate, Statement of Work, or Proposal Experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 3 years of in aerospace/defense
  • Demonstrated success with multi‑year, multi‑budget contracts (e.g., IDIQ, Cost‑Plus‑Award‑Fee) that include both infrastructure and technical elements
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (IPMA Level A/B, DoD PM). Earned Value Management (EVM) certification preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Tableau; xml coding
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
