About The Position
GOODWIN & COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED, DETAIL-ORIENTED DEPOSITS & REVENUE RECOVERY SPECIALIST FOR A FAST-GROWING COMPANY. YOUR MISSION WOULD BE TO RECEIVE AND DEPOSIT INCOME, AS WELL AS LOCATE POTENTIAL LOST REVENUE.
Requirements
- GED or HS diploma
- Bilingual
Responsibilities
- Receive,code and create builder billing tickets for processing and builder payment deposits
- Review data reports for potential income items not collected with original invoicing
- Follow up with clients and vendors for income receipt
- Receive, code and deposit payments for pre-closing invoices
- Format and deposit wire transfer income from closing sources within bank CRM platform
- Deposit incoming funds associated with closings
- Post charges and credits in VMS Software
- Help solve issues and concerns by phone and email with title companies
- Knowledge of HOA and the setup of each community
- Provide excellent customer service
- Be extremely articulate and professional
- Self-Starter with multiple ongoing job tasks
- Format and create excel documents from source data
