Our Summer Internship Program, beginning in June 2026, provides immersive training and introduction to Santander. You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your development during the internship. The 2026 Santander Summer Internship Program is for undergraduate students and/or graduate level students who have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027. Santander US is a nationwide business with locations across the country. This position is located in Boston, MA.
You will be given exposure to the innerworkings of one largest financial institutions in the world. Working with best-in-class teams and contributing to projects that drive innovation across the organization. As part of the internship program, you will participate in structured professional development opportunities, create connections with peers and meet leaders across Santander. As a Deposit Product Management Intern, you will come out of this experience with an understanding of customer experience analysis and how insights drive meaningful improvements. You will gain direct knowledge of competitor and industry research, with potential exposure to market benchmarking, emerging trends, and regulatory developments. You’ll learn how product development and improvement initiatives are prioritized and executed, while also building a foundation in product risk management and controls to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.

Requirements

• An MBA graduate student with an expected graduation date between either December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Area of Study: MBA program or Economics graduate program
• Cumulative GPA is 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courage.
• Strong English communication skills both written and spoken required.
• Analytical thinkers with a strong attention to detail.
• Organized and able to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently on special projects.
• Ability to effectively contribute to a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Coursework in or exposure to accounting, finance, economics, or business. (Preferred)
• Experience in Microsoft Office products. (Preferred)
• Experience in SQL and SAS. (Preferred)
