About The Position

Our client is a rapidly growing, venture-backed AI company transforming the insurance industry—one of the largest and most complex sectors globally. Their platform leverages multimodal AI to automate claims processing, significantly improving speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency for enterprise insurers. With strong early traction, multi-seven-figure revenue, and exceptional month-over-month growth, the company is at a critical inflection point. Backed by top-tier investors and built by a highly technical team, this is an opportunity to join a high-performance startup solving real-world problems at scale. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy operating at the intersection of business and technology—owning high-impact deployments while working directly with enterprise customers in a fast-moving startup.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in client-facing, technical, or hybrid roles (e.g., solutions engineering, consulting, deployment roles)
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability in ambiguous environments
  • Some technical background (e.g., coding experience, technical degree, or prior engineering exposure)
  • Comfortable working onsite in San Francisco

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at early-stage startups or in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Background in consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or technical deployment roles (e.g., Palantir, Databricks, Scale AI)
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in complex industries (e.g., insurance, finance)
  • Familiarity with data modeling, APIs, or system integrations
  • Strong product intuition and interest in AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own customer deployments end-to-end, from post-sale design through successful go-live
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders (VP-level and above)
  • Work with clients to design system architecture, data models, and workflows
  • Translate complex, ambiguous customer needs into clear execution plans for internal engineering teams
  • Configure and implement parts of the platform to meet client-specific requirements
  • Partner with sales on late-stage deals to shape scope and identify expansion opportunities
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving in both technical and client-facing contexts

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: $130,000 – $190,000
  • Equity in a high-growth startup
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available
  • Opportunity to work directly with founders and senior leadership
  • Clear path to leadership (potential Lead role within 6–9 months)
  • High ownership role with direct impact on revenue and customer success
