About The Position

Our partner is a high-growth, early-stage AI company building a multi-agent simulation platform that helps organizations predict real-world behavior and outcomes at scale. The team delivers client work rapidly—often within 24 hours—supporting use cases across the private sector (e.g., marketing, product strategy, audience segmentation) and public-interest domains. They work with a mix of leading consultancies, agencies, and enterprise organizations. We’re hiring Deployment Leads to join the customer-facing team responsible for running high-impact simulation engagements end-to-end. This is a high-ownership, high-intensity role at the center of customer delivery: you’ll translate ambiguous client questions into robust simulation configurations, run projects within tight compute and scope constraints, and present insights in a clear, executive-ready format. You’ll work closely with product and engineering while interfacing directly with senior client stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced and rigorous, with a strong emphasis on quality, judgment, and communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a demanding, client-facing environment (examples: consulting, banking/finance, solutions/implementation, customer success, strategy & ops, analytics, technical program/project work)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and lead discussions with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Strong problem-structuring skills: can take ambiguous inputs and produce clear plans, configurations, and outputs
  • Exceptional attention to detail (including written communication) and a high standard for quality
  • Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences (deep engineering background not required)
  • Ability to incorporate feedback quickly without becoming defensive; collaborative and resilient under pressure
  • Willingness to work onsite in NYC six days per week (Sunday–Friday)
  • Travel: may be needed at times (up to ~20% depending on role fit and business needs), but not required for every hire
  • Relocation: candidates outside NYC must be willing to relocate
  • Work Authorization Note (Compliance): Employment eligibility requirements will be evaluated in accordance with applicable U.S. laws. The company may provide immigration sponsorship for eligible candidates based on role needs and individual circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery for simulation engagements from kickoff through final readout and follow-ups
  • Partner with clients to clarify objectives, constraints, and success criteria—often refining what they ask for into what they actually need
  • Configure simulations (audience definitions, scenarios, and question frameworks) and review system-generated configurations for completeness and accuracy
  • Run simulations and ensure execution quality within compute-intensive constraints and agreed scopes
  • Translate outputs into digestible insights and recommendations; prepare and present results to stakeholders
  • Answer methodological and technical questions about data sources, modeling approach, and limitations in a clear, credible way
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to share customer feedback and inform roadmap discussions (without promising specific feature delivery)
  • Maintain a high bar for client communications (clarity, polish, attention to detail, accuracy)

Benefits

  • Equity eligibility
  • Relocation support: candidates living within walking distance of the office may be eligible for a rent subsidy (details shared during offer stage)
  • High-growth environment with meaningful ownership and close collaboration across teams
