Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Deployment Lead to join our team and support our client in the Hanover, MD area. What you’ll do: Manage and execute software deployments in a fast-paced, high-security environment Oversee the deployment process, ensuring seamless integration of updates and changes across systems Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage deployment schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability Navigate complex environments and ensure compliance with established protocols Streamline workflows and implement automation Develop and refine scripts to optimize deployment processes
Requirements
- Experience with the change management processes and managing deployments
- Experience with GitLab, Jira, and Ansible
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Python
- Experience working in high-security settings
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements
