About The Position

We are hiring Deployment Engineers to deliver deployment and operational support across hosted environments. The role involves troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and improving operational readiness through strong runbooks and process execution.

Requirements

Enterprise Windows administration experience.
Experience with Windows/Citrix/VMware in hosted environments.
Understanding of automation/scripting (Chef, Jenkins, shell scripting).
Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and operational discipline.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives with consistent quality and ownership.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

APX, Moxy, Geneva administration experience.

Responsibilities

Support deployments and day-to-day operations for hosted environments.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues; perform upgrades and patching.
Update and validate runbooks; contribute to process standardization.
Automate operational tasks and optimize workflows.
Support implementation and upgrade projects with clear project documentation.
Follow schedules and project plans while balancing operational support needs.
