About The Position

Our Deployment Engineers are the bridge between technology and the field. They work directly with customers to plan, configure, and deploy the platform on industrial and construction projects around the world. Deployment Engineers ensure successful rollouts by combining technical expertise, problem-solving, and hands-on collaboration with field crews and site managers. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working directly with customers, and take pride in bringing innovative technology to complex, real-world operations.

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in implementation or deployment of software and end-user training.
  • A flexible self-starter with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50% of the time.
  • Valid Passport.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing knowledge of the Platform and offering best-practice recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in site pilots and full-scale implementations to support the successful realization of capabilities for the customer.
  • Support the resolution of customer issues, collaborating with senior engineers.
  • Help conduct end-user training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of products and services.
  • Provide customer support prior to, during, and after field deployments under supervision.
  • Monitor project progress relative to assigned tasks and regularly communicate progress to the team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Quality Assurance teams to meet solution needs.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Support the sales department to drive new business and increase sales.
  • Assist in preparing process, installation, operating procedure, and user/trainer training documentation.
  • Maintain project and software documentation in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
