As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include supporting the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines, representing the H&M brand positively during customer interactions, identifying commercial opportunities, ensuring customer service, promoting the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives, and handling correct routines in fitting room and checkout. You will also ensure all admin routines for both people and operations are handled correctly, keep up-to-date with fashion trends, retain and share knowledge with the Store team, collaborate with the in-store Visual Merchandiser team, give and receive feedback, communicate regularly with colleagues, and ensure all procedures and legal requirements are followed. Additionally, you will secure a clean sales floor and back of house, ensure high fashion quality and product presentation, secure good stock levels, manage the full garment cycle, uphold in-store OMNI Services and tech tools, secure price sign maintenance, update BOH Areas, and be responsible for opening and closing the store daily.
