As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include responsibilities such as supporting the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation, representing the brand positively, identifying commercial opportunities, ensuring customer service, promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives, handling fitting room and checkout routines, and managing administrative tasks. The role also involves staying updated with fashion trends, sharing knowledge, collaborating with the Visual Merchandiser team, providing and receiving feedback, communicating with colleagues, and ensuring all procedures and legal requirements are followed. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for maintaining a clean sales floor and back of house, ensuring high fashion quality and product presentation, securing good stock levels, managing the full garment cycle, upholding in-store OMNI Services and tech tools, maintaining price signs, updating BOH areas, and handling daily store opening and closing.
