• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimal travel expected
• Occasional travel may be required for meetings or training
• Ability to work on‑site in Boise, ID or Denver, CO
• Willingness to work within established schedules and deadlines
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager by managing accurate data entry related to product setup, pricing, and promotional activity
• Prepare and proof promotional advertisements, ensuring pricing, images, and verbiage are accurate and compliant with standards
• Execute vendor‑ and retail‑initiated price changes, including off‑invoice pricing for DC‑sourced items
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve pricing discrepancies and support promotional execution
• Maintain detailed and organized records to support merchandising and pricing accuracy
• Meet recurring deadlines for ad production and pricing changes in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to support merchandising, marketing, and sales initiatives
• Ensure work output consistently meets quality, accuracy, and timeliness expectations
