You will be purchasing retail store production and display equipment to support 2,200 store locations and providing administrative support to Division Construction and Maintenance department staff. Requirements

  • Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel,
  • Ability to quickly learn Software.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Friendly, Coachable, Reliable, Punctual

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer 3-5 years of business experience
  • Educational requirements, some college a plus
  • Travel Requirements -none

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned Division/Banner
  • Research equipment requests for correct model/ requirements.
  • Issue Purchase Orders.
  • Confirm product ETA
  • Confirm receipt of equipment.
  • Work with the account payables team on invoice discrepancies.
  • Collects data/information for department use in special projects or reports.
  • Update information and reports in Apps.
  • Checks information for accuracy.
  • Prepares and balances data.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by manager.
