About The Position
Under the supervision of a faculty member, the Research Department Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and administration of research activities within the department. This position ensures that all research projects, clinical trials, and contracts are managed efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations. They will oversee daily research operations, provide strategic direction for program growth, and foster collaborations that enhance the research department.
