Department Manager: Frozen, Dairy & Bread Overview: To lead the daily operation of the Department including dairy/refrigerated, frozen foods, and bread. To ensure that all staff in the Department is adequately trained, working to meet the needs of the business and providing prompt and friendly customer service. To meet objectives for sales, merchandising standards, profitability, inventory levels/turns, safety, and sanitation. Directly supervise all Department staff.
