This Department Lead role is responsible for leading all functions of the Dry, Disposables, Culinary Equipment Supplies (CES), and fresh departments as assigned by Store Management. The lead ensures effective inventory levels, appealing and profitable merchandise presentation, and quality customer service. This position includes Manager on Duty responsibilities, which involve opening and closing the CHEF’STORE in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
