This role leads all functions of the Dry, Disposables, and Culinary Equipment Supplies (CES), and fresh departments as assigned by Store Management. The Department Lead ensures effective inventory levels, appealing and profitable merchandise presentation, and quality customer service. The lead will have Manager on Duty responsibilities, including opening and closing the CHEF’STORE in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
