SUMMARY: Responsible for entering and monitoring World & Ancient Coins inventory, administering modern coin programs, and processing and tracking consignments. LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

Requirements

• Experience as a Purchaser or Procurement Coordinator is preferred but not required
• Must be highly proficient in basic Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High ability to multitask, excellent attention to detail
• High willingness to learn with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and conduct price verification
• Receive and process consignments
• Communicate with clients on direct web sales
• Inputs item information into the inventory system accurately for tracking
• Assists in scheduling, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting physical inventories within the required time
