We're seeking an exceptional Business Process Consultant to support a department front office in advancing critical programs through rigorous governance, process management, and executive support. This role demands a highly proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, technically complex environment with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will manage multiple competing priorities, coordinate complex governance processes, and operate with the pace and precision required to support mission-critical operations. The candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly grasp the technical concepts related to emerging technologies and system development lifecycles. Experience with or exposure to artificial intelligence concepts and tools is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Technical Governance and Architecture Support Support the establishment and operation of governance bodies, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking decisions and follow-up actions. Meeting Coordination and Executive Support Prepare and coordinate meetings for technical and leadership forums, including agendas, materials, minutes, note taking, and action item follow-up. Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple organizational elements. Communications and Documentation Produce high-quality communications ranging from informal email interactions to formal memos, presentations, and executive briefings, with exceptional attention to grammar, punctuation, formatting, and technical accuracy. Task and Knowledge Management Manage tasking requests and track milestones, ensuring proper documentation and closure. Organize and maintain documentation and support the development and implementation of knowledge management processes. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned. Business Process Improvement Document and evaluate business and engineering processes, exploring opportunities for improvements to enhance effectiveness and drive operational excellence. Support implementation of approved process improvements.
