Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Virginia state dental license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Perform a variety of procedures: crowns and bridges, endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign, and restorative dentistry.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and refer to specialists as needed.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and teammates.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun work environment.
