About The Position

General Dentist Needed for an amazing practice Monday-Thursday 7:30-4pm. YOU Chose to be a dentist because you wanted to be in the medical field. You enjoy seeing your patient regularly and the ability to diagnose them and give them the treatment they need without being dictated by quotas. You enjoy the autonomy you get from a private practice but want someone else to oversee the business, marketing, and managing the day-to-day logistics. You would rather see more patients than paperwork. You have a personality that is magnetic. Preferred for an elevated associate role: 4+ years of practice experience (required) Great leadership skills and magnetic personality Confident and/or comfortable doing Invisalign and/or implant placement/bone grafting Ability to show a production average of $60-70k/month over last 6-12 months. All Pearl associates have elevated to $90-120k/month with Pearl training and systems Very comfortable with managing 2 patient chairs along with 2-3 hygiene chairs Skilled in comprehensive treatment planning and quadrant dentistry Excellent time management skills Good at providing direction to clinical team along with receiving feedback WHY JOIN It is so much more than a career! Requirements

4+ years of practice experience (required)
Great leadership skills and magnetic personality
Confident and/or comfortable doing Invisalign and/or implant placement/bone grafting
Ability to show a production average of $60-70k/month over last 6-12 months
Very comfortable with managing 2 patient chairs along with 2-3 hygiene chairs
