We are seeking a full-time experienced Dentist, or a recent graduate with a passion for Pediatric Dentistry to join our Oral Health Impact Project (OHIP) in the Philadelphia School District. This is a unique opportunity for a caring and energetic Dentist to join our highly successful mobile dental clinic team. We have over 27 years of institutional healthcare experience including the provision of Dental services for various School Districts across the Nation. We deliver on-location, high quality comprehensive dental care to patients who face barriers in accessing dental treatment. Our mission is to reduce the proportion of children and adolescents who have dental caries and decay while helping children have happy, healthy smiles. Additional information: Recent Dental School Graduates encouraged to apply. Mobile & portable dental setting where you provide on-demand services to students within the school. Mobile practice allows you the freedom of clinical autonomy. Ability to focus your entire day on providing quality patient care. Operational and administrative aspects of the practice are taken care of by our management team. Support of a highly skilled Dental Assistant who will travel with you to each school. Requirements

Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD)
Active State Dental License - with no restrictions
Strong diagnostic skills and be well versed in all phases of Pediatric dentistry
Pediatric dentistry experience preferred
DEA
CPR/BLS
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to travel throughout the assigned school-district territory
Able to work well with children
Able to consistently work weekdays
Effective in working independently, as a member of a team, and as a part of a larger coalition

Responsibilities

Provide school children (pre-K up to 12th grade) in under-served communities with preventive and restorative dental care.
Evaluate and treat patients with the highest quality of care.
Provide education on oral health.
Practice and follow infection control and OSHA regulations.
Execute company standards, processes, and procedures to ensure quality of service and a consistent patient experience.
