Requirements
- DMD or DDS from an accredited US program.
- Active New York Dental License.
- 1 year of experience, required.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to gaining base access.
- Pass a background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening
