Requirements

DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program
Active Colorado Dental License or ability to obtain prior to starting.
CPR/BLS Certification
Willing to obtain a Real ID Drivers License for base access
Pass a background (Criminal & Malpractice), urinalysis & applicable testing, shots, physical exam and vaccinations.
