About The Position

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a full-time General Dentist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Keokuk, IA! Position Highlights: Work/Life Balance: flexible schedule within clinic hours seeing on average 15 patients per day + hygiene checks Full supportive team includes: 2 dentists, 2 registered dental hygienists, dental assistants, & support staff Financial Support: Eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment through state & federal programs Competitive Salary: $175,000-$234,000 based on experience + production incentive Operatories: 12 EHR: Epic Wisdom Benefits: Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided. Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available. Wellness Reimbursement Program: Reimburse your monthly gym/fitness/wellness fee up to $25/month Continuing Education: 5-10 paid days + $3000-$4000/year Additional $5 per hygienist chart they sign off, paid monthly (estimated between $6000-$12,000 more annually) Eligible for $10,000 bonus each year when signing a 3-year contract and could continue annually for up to 5 years.
