Dental X-Ray Technician
About The Position
Immediate opening for experienced Dental X-Ray Technician to join our mobile dental services group. Our affiliated dentists provide dental services to seniors living in skilled nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Our experienced dental x-ray techs work in a mobile environment, seeing a variety of patients and centers in a specialized company vehicle — great for Dental Assistants who do not want to be stuck in an office all day! In addition to performing the duties of a dental assistant, the job includes driving a company vehicle between facilities and transporting portable dental equipment (a California driver's license and a good driving record are required). Our experienced dentists perform rounds in Skilled Nursing Facilities, providing dental care to residents of post-acute rehab settings, nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals.
Requirements
- California Driver's License (REQUIRED)
- California X-Ray Certification (REQUIRED)
- 1 Year of Dental X-Ray Experience (REQUIRED)
- Dental Assistant Certificate and X-ray Certification required.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail
- Compassionate and caring to patients
- Knowledge of dental sterilization techniques
- Positive attitude
- Compliance with all regulations, protocols, and procedures
