Located on Cooley Dr in Portage, just down from Harding's on Centre Ave Monday - Thursday work week, Mon-Wed 7:30-5, Tues/Thurs 7-5 Expanding patient care to Fridays in the fall as we welcome a new provider! Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.

• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year
• As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dental instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained in compliance with OSHA & CDC standards
• Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners, to guarantee safe and effective processing
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization cycles and infection control protocols
• Organize and manage instrument flow to support efficient clinical operations
• Monitor inventory of sterilization supplies and assist with ordering and restocking as needed
• Collaborate with the dental team to uphold strict infection control measures and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
