Requirements

• Experience in a dental office with knowledge of OSHA compliance and infection control protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and support dental assistants, hygienists, and providers.
• Familiarity with dental office procedures and patient management software.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
• Organize and restock instruments, trays, and treatment rooms.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Assist with preparing operatories for patient care by ensuring instruments and supplies are ready.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies.
