Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental office or sterilization role preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Familiarity with dental instruments and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Good communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to follow OSHA and CDC guidelines for safety and cleanliness
