Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Dental Sales Representative / Territory Manager to drive new business development across the San Francisco, California market. This is a high-growth opportunity with a well-funded startup bringing an innovative clear aligner and orthodontic technology platform to market. This role is ideal for a true hunter who wants to build a territory from the ground up, own relationships with orthodontists, and be part of a disruptive organization redefining clinical outcomes and treatment planning. POSITION OVERVIEW The Dental Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new orthodontic accounts while building long-term relationships that drive consistent utilization of the platform. This is a field-based role requiring strong initiative, persistence, and the ability to generate momentum in a zero-base territory. Requirements

  • 4-year college degree REQUIRED
  • Dental sales experience REQUIRED
  • Proven outside sales success REQUIRED
  • MUST have strong hunter mentality and new business development experience
  • MUST be comfortable prospecting into dental and orthodontic offices
  • MUST be able to build relationships from the ground up in a new territory
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory as a business REQUIRED
  • Strong persistence, resilience, and self-motivation REQUIRED
  • Coachable and open to structured sales methodology REQUIRED
  • Willingness to travel within territory REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling dental products, aligners, brackets, or consumables preferred
  • Experience calling on dentists or orthodontists preferred
  • Background in new business sales (not account management) preferred
