(Candidates must reside in the state of Arizona OR UT or be willing to relocate.)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, dental industry experience highly preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and improve financial performance.
Knowledge of dental industry regulations and best practices.
Must have Regional Dental Manager Experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the performance of clinic managers across various locations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and clinic profitability.
Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and company policies.
