Requirements

Proven experience as a dental receptionist or similar role, demonstrating a thorough understanding of dental office procedures and patient care.

Responsibilities

Own the first and last impression of every patient, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
Manage patient calls, appointments, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Handle scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks seamlessly, adapting to patient needs without the need for escalation.
Coach and elevate your team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance patient experiences.
Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, treatments, and transactions.
Lead the enhancement of the patient referral "ask rate" through effective communication and patient relations strategies.
Turn nervous or hesitant patients into Dental Club advocates by addressing their concerns with compassion and professionalism.
Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest dental practices and administrative procedures.
Utilize dental software for various administrative tasks, maintaining accuracy and safeguarding patient privacy.
