Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Professional office and/or customer service experience
• Basic office skills such as typing and filing
• Ability to travel between MHK and JC clinics, as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bi-lingual
• Dental treatment scheduling experience
• EHR software experience
• Experience professionally discussing financial status and arrangements with patients
• Dental insurance processing and pre-authorization experience
