Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a dental setting or a customer service role
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Bilingual is required - preferrably in Madarin and/or Cantonese
- Ability to multitask, work in/adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency
