The Practice Development Specialist is responsible for delivering in-practice training and Field Support programs for auxiliary teams across all affiliated practices within the organization. This position partners with the Director of Field Operations, Practice Doctors and their teams, Marketing, Human Resources, and other departments. The goal of the Practice Development Specialist is to work alongside the aforementioned team members to identify practice development needs and to partner with internal Affordable Care Learning and Development team members to successfully fulfill these training requirements. Reporting to the Practice Development Manager, the Practice Development Specialist has a critical role in the development of FDAs, DAs, treatment coordinators, office managers, and other field support members. Please Note: You must currently be based in Northern California, Oregon, or Washington State to be considered for this role. 75% Travel required. Must be willing to travel 3 weeks out of the month.
