About The Position

As a Patient Access Representative (PAR) you are responsible for handling front office reception and scheduling duties. This includes greeting patients, registration, answering phones, scheduling appointments, creating patient accounts and charts, and collecting patient payments   Our mission is to provide quality health care services with dignity and respect to Tulsa area families.  We welcome you to be a part of the Morton team of health care professional and support staff that are quality focused to provide the best services to our patients.

Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • computer skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of commercial health insurance, Medicaid and Medicare
  • Bilingual
  • Experience working in a dental office setting
