Requirements
- High School/GED.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- One-year prior experience in office setting and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills by providing a patient friendly and pleasant registration process to assure that patient and family needs are met in a timely manner.
- Responsible for accurate registration of patients, communication of policies, financial responsibilities, and Patient Rights and Responsibilities according to clinic operating procedures.
- Ensures compliance with JCAHO regulation and other regulatory agencies.
- Works under the supervision of clinic manager/supervisor or designee.
