Additional employment benefits include: Schedule : Monday - Thursday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm To learn more about this father-daughter led practice, visit: https://www.steindentistryep.com Job Summary Within the SDP affiliated network of dental practices, the Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The Dental OM will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in their dental practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. The Dental OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results. Requirements

  • 3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in dental performance management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word)
  • Solid understanding of P&L management (budgeting)
  • Comprehensive understanding ability to enforce current labor laws
  • Adhere to current regulatory agency guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.)

  • Accounts Payable (AP) management
  • Manage insurance claims and other forms of payment
  • Patient satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate on internal and external marketing efforts
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Promote SDP company policies and best practices (published or otherwise communicated)
  • Management of dental licenses and other related certifications
  • Maintain current safety procedures and personal protective equipment required to minimize health risks
  • Other job duties as assigned
