Requirements

  • Elite sales and negotiation skills (3-5 years) – customer facing sales preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Advanced understanding of financing – no fear talking about big numbers to patients
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and being comfortable with standard oAice software (Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Strong communication and rapport building skills
  • Elite listening and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with potential patients to discuss a multitude of dental implant procedures focusing on dental implant treatment
  • Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process
  • Schedule and manage dental implant consultations
  • Create and present Dental Implant Treatment Plans while navigating various insurance benefits
  • Apply patients to multiple dental financing companies
  • Schedule surgery for the patient and coordinate with the lab and surgeon’s schedule
  • Ensure all medical clearances for surgery are received prior to the patients scheduled surgery date
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current implant patients, ensuring a smooth transition between consultation and treatment
  • Maintain records of treatment and completed transactions
  • Manage follow up by reaching out to potential patients who have delayed treatment
  • Make outbound calls to potential new patients gathered from SEO, print, TV and other lead generation methods (warm calling)
  • Operate advanced imaging machinery such as a CBCT (training would be provided)
  • Be involved with implant marketing and overall branding of the practice
  • Occasional travel for training purposes may be required
  • This position may be required to meet the demands of and be cross trained in other positions.
